An international aerospace company saved 47% of their yearly licensing costs by using Open iT software.

Aviogroup selected the Open iT platform to discover actual IT resource usage levels and patterns, implement optimizing actions, define the optimal number of licenses, and counter check the resulting impact in reducing annual license cost. After utilizing LicenseAnalyzer, SystemAnalyzer and LicenseOptimizer for the selected group of users, Avio achieved a 47% total reduction in yearly costs, and a 15% increase in user demand. In less than 6 months, the project’s savings paid for the initial cost of the software.
