MS from the University of Oslo. Through his experience working for University of Oslo and Hydro ASA, and later as an IT consultant for several larger corporations (including Statoil, Shell and Telenor), Eistein saw a need for better IT metering tools, particularly in the area of License Management. Eistein Fosli founded Open iT, Inc. in 1999, creating software that has now become an established standard for usage metering, competence planning, and cost allocation management.

Signe Marie Stenseth has been the driving force in the sales team since 2000. Signe’s tireless dedication to customer service ensures that companies obtain the service and results they are looking for in terms of cost savings and optimized software usage. Prior to joining Open iT, Signe served on its board of directors. She has worked as an advisor to the Norwegian Government and for the EU Commission in Brussels, added to prior experience in the oil & gas industry. Signe holds an MBA from the Norges Handelshøyskole (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administrations) with additional studies in economics from Universität Mannheim in Germany, and College d’Europe in Belgium.
 

A Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Loida brings to Open iT 10 years of solid, hands-on experience applying accounting guidelines to a variety of business situations. She brings strong interpersonal skills and the valuable experience of working in cross-functional and geographically-dispersed teams.

Borgar joined Open iT in 1996 and has played a key role in Open iT's ongoing product development. Before becoming Lead Developer for Open iT, Borgar was involved in infrastructure consulting engagements for Hydro, Telenor, and Postal Bank, as well as development assignments for Statoil and Saga Petroleum. During his Masters degree in Computer Science at the University of Oslo, Borgar wrote his thesis on programming language design.

Faith Lynn Verano oversees all human resources functions for Open iT. Faith Lynn’s commitment to seeing the best people recruited, placed, performing, and enjoying their work, plays a pivotal role in Open iT’s growth strategy to attract and place new employees in a number of the company’s key locations around the world. Faith Lynn’s passion for people grows out of her many years experience and training in leading and motivating teams.

Former team leader in Telenor ASA, where he was responsible for administration of their web-based intranet solutions. Glenn Larsen joined Open iT in June 2006, and his responsibilities include managing the team in Norway.
